Design Details

These stencils prioritize clean, wide cuts over intricate detail. Every line is thick enough to carve with a standard pumpkin saw, and no section requires a precision knife or specialty tool. The designs were scaled to work on medium pumpkins without needing enlargement or reduction. Negative space was carefully balanced so the carved pumpkin looks finished from the front and glows evenly with a candle or LED inside.

Print at full size on standard letter paper. Tape the stencil to your pumpkin, poke along the lines with a pushpin or awl to transfer the pattern, then remove the paper and carve along the dots. A damp paper towel helps the stencil stick to the curved surface while you work.
