Design Details
The hat design uses a simple cone-and-brim construction that assembles in under two minutes per card. The brim folds flat against the table surface, providing a stable base and a natural writing surface for names. The cone portion features a subtle crosshatch texture and a green ribbon band with a small silver buckle illustration. The overall aesthetic is clean and stylized rather than realistic, so it reads as “elegant witch” rather than “costume shop.”
Print on black cardstock for the richest color, though standard white cardstock produces good results thanks to the heavy ink coverage. Cut along the solid lines, score the dotted lines, fold the cone, and secure with a small dab of glue or double-sided tape. Write names with a metallic pen on the brim panel. These pair naturally with the full Witch’s Apothecary blueprint for a coordinated botanical witch theme.
