Secret Reaper Sign-Up and Wish List

Everything a Reaper needs to shop for a stranger, on one page. Each player fills in a sheet by hand, the organizer keeps them all, and each giver gets a copy of one. The Secret Reaper gift exchange guide covers the draw, the budget and shipping.

What’s on the Sheet

• The Marked: name or handle, a contact for the reveal, and a “Don’t pair me with” line for partners and housemates
• Spooky Level, our own 1 to 5 scale: Cozy Autumn, Victorian Mourning, Classic Monster, Slasher, Full Gore
• Where to Send, with Home, PO Box, Hold for Pickup at a Post Office, and USPS Smart Locker boxes
• What You Love and Already have or collect, so nobody gets a third copy of the same movie
• Hard No’s with boxes for common phobias and space for the rest
• Sizes for shirts, masks and gloves
• Allergies and Diet with the top 9 allergens (milk, egg, peanut, tree nuts, wheat, soy, fish, shellfish, sesame) and a Y/N for homemade food
• At Your Address: pets, kids, and whether aerosols, battery-powered items, candles and alcohol-themed gifts are welcome
• The Terms: Ghoul, Wraith and Reaper budget tiers, ship-by and reveal dates, and an organizer-only box for the draw number, giver, shipped and tracking

The Privacy Boxes

The Smart Locker box is there for online groups where players have never met. USPS says a Smart Locker parcel needs only “the recipient’s email address,” not a street address, and it waits in the locker for 5 days, then 10 more at the counter (USPS). Hold for Pickup parcels need ID at the counter and go back to the sender if not collected within 15 days (USPS). Tell players to collect promptly.
